As the impact of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) grows, fyxify has implemented some guidelines for contactless service calls. We are taking these additional steps to help keep our customers, and our network of independent service technicians, as safe as possible.
- During a service call, all communications should be made through the chat feature of the app. This will greatly reduce the amount of close interaction between customers and technicians.
In the case where the service professional must enter the home, we ask all technicians to wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers.
All service technicians should carry hand sanitizer to keep their hands clean. This will help to mitigate the spread of the virus from person to person.
All service technicians should disinfect hard surfaces inside and outside the home, before and after the service call.
Customers who have anyone inside their home that is feeling ill, we ask that you clearly communicate that to your selected technician so they can potentially take additional steps to protect themselves, and other members of your household.
All payments for service are made directly through the app, so there is no need for any interaction between you and your service provider.
